Freight Delivery
Schedule and Process:
1. Delivery Time of approximately 5 to 20
Business Days is the fastest delivery available for this item.
2. You must provide a valid phone number
at time of purchase. The freight delivery company will call you at the phone
number provided to schedule a delivery appointment; a truck will deliver to
your address.
3. Your order will be expected to ship
out within 3 to 5 business days, it normally takes a day or two for the freight
carrier to schedule and make the pickup after your order is placed. You will
be notified when it has shipped and you will be provided with a
freight tracking number to track your order.
4.  The time in transit will be
approximately 5 to 20 business days. The shipment will be delivered to the
freight carrier’s warehouse near your delivery location. Once it has arrived
there, the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. 
For quickest delivery it is critical that you accept the phone call from
the freight carrier.

RETURNS:

satisfaction is our goal. You may return any unopened, unused items shipped by
us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to request a return,
please ensure you contact us within 14 business days of delivery.
If
the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned/exchanged within 14
days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect
item, etc.), We will provide a Return-Shipping Label. However, if your return
is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage
costs, plus if applicable, a restocking fee of 15%.
